P.M Skin Cycling

You’ve probably already kind of been doing this! Essentially it’s allowing your Skin to get the most of your Products.


This is my Skin Cycle regimen and some of my Favorite’s. What works for me may not work for you.


 

Monday- Exfoliate


(Sweep away all those dead Skin cells and prep your skin to soak up tomorrow’s Product)


 


Tuesday- Retinol/Tretinoin


(Promotes cell renewal)



 

Wednesday- Retinol/Tretinoin




Thursday- Exfoliate OR Retinol/Tretinoin


I use either/ or depending on the Strength and Type of Acid I used when I Exfoliated Monday



Friday- Retinol/Tretinoin



Saturday- *Recovery*


Peptides/Growth Factors, Stem Cells, Ceramides, and Centella Asiatica


(These ingredients improve your Barrier and some have Anti-aging benefits)




 

Sunday- *Recovery*


Giving your Skin a couple days without strong ingredients lessens your chance of inflammation and damage.



 


**Please, be careful if you are new to Skin care or if you have Sensitive skin. You might make your Skin worse if you jump into high-strength Products. I used many other lower strength Products prior to avoid irritation and a damaged barrier**


No matter how long you’ve used Actives (Retinol, BHA/AHA’s, Etc.) -you can still damage your barrier. Examine your skin before applying your Products. If you notice any irritation, it’s best to leave the Actives to the side for the Night and use Products to repair it first!
